For second time in a road, TERRASIGNA supports ESA’s efforts to verify the Customer Satisfaction in order to improve the quality of the offered services. In this context, our company has been entrusted by ESA to collect, analyses and report feedbacks of the customers on its services by distributing a questionnaire during the Living Planet Symposium 2016 organized in Prague, Czech Republic, between 9 - 13 May. The questionnaire can also be filled in online until 30 May 2016.

The survey will offer ESA an image of the customers’ requirements related to the Copernicus Sentinel Missions and ESA Earth Observation Missions and in particular to the Earth Explorers (CryoSat, GOCE, SWARM and SMOS).
